命名靈感來自庭院老樹與石徑，也象徵一種生活意識
——提醒自己不忘簡單、樸素、自然、自在的初心。
而SHUSIA餐桌更是「樹下・石上」的核心，
食物是我們款待生活的方式，
讓旅人不只是休息，更被好好照顧。
SHUSIA is Laura’s home in Hengchun, Pingtung.
Named after an old tree and quiet stones in the garden,
it reflects a way of living—
simple, natural, and unhurried.
Here, time softens. You breathe, pause, and return to yourself.
